the participating parties unless otherwise stated in writing by TWS.

TWS does not guarantee approval for payment processing services.
Users are responsible for complying with all payment processing agreements, refund
policies, chargeback requirements, card network rules, and applicable laws.
Funds, transaction approvals, settlements, holds, reserves, and chargebacks may be
managed by the applicable payment processor or financial institution.

counterfeit, fraudulent, or unauthorized products or services.
15. Unauthorized Actions

- Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to TWS systems
- Circumventing account permissions or security controls
- Testing platform vulnerabilities without written authorization
