TWSS POS Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2026

TWSS POS is a subscription-based software service that provides immediate access to our cloud-based Point-of-Sale platform, business management tools, reporting, inventory management, and related services.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because access to the TWSS POS platform is granted immediately upon account activation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.

  • Unauthorized transactions verified by TWSS POS.

  • Service activation failure caused solely by TWSS POS and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Trial Period

If a free trial is offered, customers may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. Once a paid subscription begins, charges become non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Access to the platform will remain available through the paid subscription period.

  • No partial-month or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact TWSS Support before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Chargebacks submitted for valid subscription charges may result in account suspension or termination.
