Free POS Subscription Terms. The $0 monthly POS plan is available only to merchants approved for TWS payment processing who process approximately $25,000 or more per month through an approved TWS processing partner and agree to a one-year commitment. Merchants must keep an active eligible processing account and use TWS processing as the primary payment solution for TWS POS transactions. Processing fees, hardware, PCI, chargebacks, taxes, and other charges are separate. Approval is subject to underwriting. Why is the POS subscription free with processing?
Merchants approved for TWS payment processing who meet the free-plan requirements — including about $25,000/month in processing volume and a one-year commitment — can receive the POS subscription at $0 per month. Processing fees and related charges remain separate.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Payment processing fees, equipment fees, PCI fees, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, and similar charges are not included in the POS subscription.
What happens if I stop processing with TWS?
If you close, cancel, stop using, or become ineligible for TWS payment processing, the free POS subscription may end. You may need to move to the paid POS subscription to continue using TWS POS.
Is hardware included?
Hardware is not automatically included. Computers, terminals, printers, accessories, and installation may require additional fees.
Can I choose the $99.99 monthly plan instead?
Yes. The promotional POS Subscription plan is available for merchants who prefer an eligible supported payment setup outside the free processing-based option.
Does approval require underwriting?
Yes. Payment processing approval is subject to underwriting, identity verification, business verification, and acceptance of the applicable merchant processing agreement.
Can I manage inventory and employees?
Yes. TWS POS includes product and inventory tools, employee PIN access, and clock-in / clock-out support.
Does TWS support cash and credit card payments?
Yes. TWS POS supports cash payments and credit card acceptance through compatible payment workflows and terminals.
